Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information BRGRBY LLC, doing business as Burger Tech ("Burger Tech," "we," "us"), collects through burger.tech (the "Site") and when you work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: we collect what you send us and basic website analytics. We use it to reply to you and run our business. We don't sell your information.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form and emails: your name, email, phone number, company, the service you're interested in, and your message.
- Booking a call: the details you enter in our scheduling calendar (provided by Google).
- Working with us: billing contact details, and information you share so we can deliver your project, such as account access or business details.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects information such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
- Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit, to keep the Site secure and working.
Free tools
Our free tools work without an account. What you type into a tool is used only to give you a result, and we don't store it unless a tool asks you to opt in. Each tool's details:
- Business Name Checker: the name you enter is sent to our server, which turns it into a list of web addresses and asks the public domain registries (Verisign for .com and .net, and the .co registry) whether each one is registered. Those registries receive the web addresses, not who you are. Results for each address may be cached for up to 30 minutes so repeat checks are fast. We don't store names with who searched them. Links to social apps, the Nevada Secretary of State and the U.S. trademark office open their websites, where their own privacy policies apply.
- Computer Age Checker: the check runs in your browser. Your answers, including the processor name you type, aren't sent to us or stored. We read your operating system and version from your browser to fill in the first answers for you. If you ask us to email your report, your answers (not the processor name) and your email address are sent to our server, and Resend delivers that one email. We don't save your address or add it to any mailing list.
- Email Security Checker: the domain you enter (or the part of an email address after the @) is sent to our server, which looks up the domain's public DNS records through Cloudflare's public DNS service, with Google Public DNS as a backup. Those services receive the domain names being looked up, not who you are. We don't store the domains you check. If you ask us to email your report, your domain and email address are sent to our server, and Resend delivers that one email. We don't save your address or add it to any mailing list.
- Bot protection: when you use a tool, Vercel BotID runs an invisible check in your browser to confirm a real person is using it. It doesn't show you any puzzles.
We don't knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health or financial account data) through the Site. Please don't send it through our contact form.
How we use it
- To reply to your questions and schedule calls
- To prepare proposals and deliver the services you hire us for
- To send invoices and handle payments
- To improve the Site and understand what content is useful
- To keep the Site and our systems secure and prevent spam or abuse
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
If you contact us, we may follow up about your inquiry. We will only add you to marketing emails if you ask to be, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do their job:

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business (in which case this Policy would continue to apply to your information).
Cookies and your choices
The Site itself doesn't require cookies to work. Google Analytics sets cookies to measure traffic. You can:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
- Opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's opt-out browser add-on
The Site doesn't currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, because there isn't yet a common standard for them.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries that don't become projects: up to 2 years, then deleted
- Client records (contracts, invoices, project files): as long as needed to support you, and at least as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally up to 7 years)
- Analytics data: according to our Google Analytics retention settings (14 months)
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), two-factor authentication on our business accounts, and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting your personal information happens, we will notify you as required by Nevada law.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct information that's wrong
- Delete your information (unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons)
- Stop sending you marketing emails
Nevada residents: Nevada law gives you the right to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. We don't sell personal information, but you may still send an opt-out request to the email below and we'll confirm it.
Residents of other states: some states give additional privacy rights. Contact us and we'll honor the rights that apply to you.
To make a request, email info@burger.tech. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we'll respond within 45 days.
Children
The Site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Client websites and data
When we build or host a website or app for a client, the client decides what data their site collects and is responsible for their own privacy policy. We handle that data only to provide our services to the client.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we'll post a notice on the Site.
