How much does it cost to build a website in Las Vegas?
Real website prices for Las Vegas businesses in 2027: DIY builders vs. freelancers vs. agencies, what drives the cost, and the ongoing costs people forget.

It's the first question almost every business owner asks us, and the honest answer is "it depends." But "it depends" isn't useful when you're trying to set a budget, so here are real numbers and what actually moves them.
The short answer
For a Las Vegas small business in 2027, most websites land in one of these ranges:

What drives the price
Number of pages and content. Every page needs to be designed, written, built and tested. A 5-page site and a 25-page site are very different projects.
Custom design vs. template. A template gets you online fast. A custom design built around your brand and customers usually converts better, but takes more time.
Features. Booking, online payments, customer logins, property search and integrations with your other software each add cost. They can also add a lot of value, especially when they replace manual work.
Who builds it. Freelancers are often cheapest. Agencies cost more but usually bring design, development, SEO and support under one roof, and they're still around next year when something needs fixing.
Who writes the content. If you provide the text and photos, the price goes down. If you need copywriting and photography, plan for it in the budget.
The costs people forget
The launch price is only part of it. Budget for:
- Hosting, usually $20–$120 a month depending on traffic and support. Ours starts at $79/month.
- Domain name, around $15–$30 a year.
- Maintenance, meaning updates, security and backups. WordPress sites especially need regular care.
- Changes and new pages as your business grows.
- Marketing, like SEO or ads, if you need the site to bring in new customers and not just look good.
Is DIY worth it?
Sometimes. If you're just starting out and money is tight, a builder like Squarespace is a fine first step. The trade-off is your time, and limits on speed, SEO and custom features. Once your time is worth more than the monthly savings, or the site needs to actually generate leads, it usually pays to have it built properly.
